Fail to Plan = Plan to Fail
For those of you that are beginning to plan for 2010, now’s a good time to figure out where you want to get and how you are going to get there. What activities will be required to hit the revenue targets that you have?

For many of you, this is not news; however, still many others forget to sit down and make sure they have a realistic plan that reverse engineers the amount of activities that will be required to be successful. I came across a good template from Mac McIntosh that I’d be happy to share with you, just shoot me an email.
